At AtPerry’s Healing Crystals, we want you to feel the positive energy of every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your crystals or jewelry in their original velvet pouches and protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
